This initially led to speculation about Harley Quinn appearing in the film, which was confirmed shortly after. The name Folie a Deux comes from the 19th century French psychiatrists Charles Lasègue and Jules Falret. The term was coined to refer to two or more people who share the same madness or delusion.

The story adds nothing really new or original
Merrily We Roll Along, written by Eddie Cantor, Murray Mencher and Charles Tobias. The sequel to "Joker" it promised a lot but the end result was below expectations, still a bad movie. The ambitious choice to turn the film into a musical, while bold, was not exciting. The relationship between the Joker and Harley Quinn, while central to the plot, fails to convince, lacking the emotional depth that could have made it memorable. Joaquin Phoenix confirms his talent, but his performance is also a bit repetitive compared to the first film.
A bad movie overall
Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn gives a solid performance, but the character seems crushed by the Joker’s overbearing figure. Finally, "Joker: Madness in Two" it’s a movie that leaves a feeling of incompleteness, I didn’t like it.
