Synopsis
Media expert Muncie Daniels must fight for his innocence and his life after he stumbles upon a murder deep in the Poconos. When Muncie Daniels (Colman Domingo) becomes the prime suspect in a murder.
The series starts off well and manages to grab your interest right away
In the case of a prominent white supremacist in the Pocono Forest, he must work to clear his name and protect his estranged family. It also does well with a little development for the main character Muncie; they even show a few moments of his martial arts training – pretty cool.
So basically, this is a wealthy, intelligent black man
Then we find out that he’s a news reporter for CNN. Right off the bat, this intelligent black man meets another intelligent, supposedly wealthy black man, Muncie’s friend, at a bar; they talk about a possible position for Muncie, and then, during the conversation, his friend throws the N-word at him.
So, on that basis alone, the series gets an F
That did it for me; then it was time to find something else to watch.
